Inside Sales - Wa
We are seeking a driven Inside Sales professional to generate hub partners in the Pacific Northwest region. This role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, meeting or exceeding monthly KPIs, and responding to and qualifying inbound leads from prospective hub delivery partners. You will conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs and present the value of hub delivery. Additionally, you will provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.
Responsibilities
- Generate hub partners in the Pacific Northwest region through outbound sales.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective hub delivery partners.
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs and present the value of hub delivery.
- Provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience.
- Experience in cold calling.
- CRM experience required, Salesforce preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or tech.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable making high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Work Environment
This position is fully remote and located in the Seattle/WA market. Employees are eligible for 2 weeks of PTO after a 6-month successful performance review. The position offers uncapped commission, including $75 per partner application, $150 once the partner is ready to launch, $125 once for launch + 4 weeks, and a $50/month phone expense. This role also provides the chance to build community partnerships with small businesses.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
