Inside Sales Customer Agent - 1st Shift at Award Staffing

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Inside Sales Customer Agent
• Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
• Location: Minneapolis, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
2. The ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls.
3. Able to multi-task.
4. Able to use paper & electronic catalogs to help process orders.
5. Must have a background related to automotive parts sales.
6. Ability to lift 10lbs.
7. Ability to sit most of the day.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls in a low-pressure call center atmosphere.
2. Increase sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
3. Must be energetic, motivated, and willing to generate new accounts through outbound calls.
4. Process daily orders to completion.
5. Talk about products and auto parts.
6. Use paper & electronic catalogs to help process orders.
