We partner closely with our specialized customers to deliver custom parts designed and manufactured from tungsten carbide to meet their unique needs Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer to join our team in Greensburg, PA. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to drive our mission of delivering top-notch tungsten carbide solutions to our clients. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for quality and service excellence. Responsibilities:Communicate with clients to understand their needs, to develop accurate estimates that meet requirements.Review schematics, technical drawings, and data to ensure accuracy.Enter orders into the ERP system, monitor order status, and provide technical support as needed.Ensure all customer estimates and orders are complete, accurate, and delivered on time.Develop strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insuranceWork Location: Greensburg. Onsite position.Compensation: $50,000.00/yearRequirements:Experience in technical sales preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.Ability to understand customer blueprints.Strong mechanical aptitude.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide effective solutions.Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking sales activities.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
