Client of Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Inside Sales & Inventory Coordinator Responsible for managing the full inside sales cycle for chemical products while controlling and auditing inventory at a remote warehouse. Supports B2B clients, ensures accurate stock levels, and coordinates fulfillment with 3PL partners. Key Responsibilities Sales Support - Respond to product inquiries and provide technical/availability information. Quote Preparation - Generate accurate price quotes and lead-time estimates. Order Processing - Enter and manage purchase orders through fulfillment. Client Recordkeeping - Maintain clean and accurate CRM data. B2B Relationship Building - Support and grow long-term customer accounts. Inventory Control - Monitor, audit, and reconcile stock at a remote warehouse. 3PL Coordination - Work with logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment. Shelf-Life Monitoring - Track expiration dates and product viability. Safety Compliance - Follow OSHA/HAZMAT guidelines for chemical handling and documentation.
