Client of Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Inside Sales & Inventory Coordinator Responsible for managing the full inside sales cycle for chemical products while controlling and auditing inventory at a remote warehouse. Supports B2B clients, ensures accurate stock levels, and coordinates fulfillment with 3PL partners. Key Responsibilities Sales Support - Respond to product inquiries and provide technical/availability information. Quote Preparation - Generate accurate price quotes and lead-time estimates. Order Processing - Enter and manage purchase orders through fulfillment. Client Recordkeeping - Maintain clean and accurate CRM data. B2B Relationship Building - Support and grow long-term customer accounts. Inventory Control - Monitor, audit, and reconcile stock at a remote warehouse. 3PL Coordination - Work with logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment. Shelf-Life Monitoring - Track expiration dates and product viability. Safety Compliance - Follow OSHA/HAZMAT guidelines for chemical handling and documentation. Requirements Education High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge Chemical safety (OSHA/HAZMAT) Basic understanding of warehouse inventory processes Experience 2-4 years in inside sales or account management Experience tracking warehouse inventory Chemical manufacturing or distribution background preferred Skills Phone & email communication Interpersonal skills Mathematical accuracy for stock counts and conversions Problem-solving and organizational skills How to Apply Submit your application at Select the Houston North location After applying, call to schedule an interview Send your resume to
