This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint with key partners in the residential construction Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Inside Sales reps crafting an inside selling strategy and engaging closely with outside sales leadership for optimizing go-to-market campaigns.What Youll Do: Lead coach and develop a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targetsCreate and shepherd inside sales strategy Communicate key customer insight findings and recommendationsManage inbound and outbound sales activities including lead qualification quoting and order processingBuild and maintain strong relationships with home builders dealers architects and retail partnersCollaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align campaigns and drive product awarenessAnalyze sales metrics and pipeline data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvementEnsure CRM systems are accurately maintained and leveraged for reporting and forecastingResolve customer issues and inquiries with professionalism and urgencySupport product launches and promotions with targeted outreach and follow-upWhat Youll Bring: 5 years of inside sales experience preferably in building materials or construction-related industries2 years of team leadership or management experienceSelling to B2B accounts such as builders dealers and retail chainsUtilizing CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferredAble to present in front of large groups and convey messages in a captivating mannerMarket Awareness: understands competitive landscape and customer buying behaviorBusiness/Financial Acumen: specifically regarding the construction industrySale Process: funnel management and good sales practicesAbility to work with a CRM (Safesforce HubSpot Zoho etc.)What Youll Receive: As of the date of this posting a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $148000.00 to $193000.00. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience skills geography and internal equity and may change over time.
