The Inside Sales Representative will achieve this through prospecting their region and using virtual selling techniques. We are looking for a goal-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills who has a basic understanding of audio video and Unified Communications or who is eager to learn. This position will be located in our Plano Texas office. How youll contribute:Build and maintain a working database of new dealer prospects and dormant accounts in the territoryIdentify contact and qualify net new business for Biamps A/V and/or Sound Masking divisionsFollow up on leads for new customers provided by the Lead Generation departmentContact prospective customers to engage them in conversation about how Biamp can better serve their needsProvide product presentations and assist in educating potential customers on the Biamp family of A/V and Sound Masking products via digital mediumsMaintain and update CRM recordsStay up-to-date with new product and feature launchesBuild and maintain a working database of new dealer prospects and dormant accounts in the territoryIdentify contact and qualify net new business for Biamps A/V and/or Sound Masking divisionCollaborate with Regional Outside Sales TeamContact prospective customers to engage them in conversation about how Biamp can better serve their needsProvide product presentations and assist in educating potential customers on the Biamps family of A/V and Sound Masking products via digital mediumsMaintain and update CRM recordsStay up-to-date with new product and feature launchesOther duties as assigned by your ManagerA successful candidate should have:Associates or Bachelors degree and/or experience within the A/V industry preferred2 years of experience in salesProven history of goal attainmentStrong communication skills excellent organizational and record keeping skillsThe ability to multitask and prioritizeMicrosoft Office and video conferencing proficientWork Environment:Office environmentWhat we offer:Medical Dental and Vision3 weeks annual PTO and 9 paid holidays401(k) matchingEmployer-paid base life insurance short and long-term disabilityHealth savings accounts (with Biamp contribution) and flexible spending accountsTuition reimbursementCharitable donation matchingDiscretionary company achievement bonusReferral bonusesWho is BiampWe make the worlds most extraordinary audio and video solutions.
