This candidate is expected to increase usage with existing clients and develop and close their own sales targets on a monthly basis.Job Duties/Responsibilities:Sell laboratory testing services to professionals in a variety of medical fieldsMeet and exceed sales goals and achieve maximum sales growth in assigned territorySuccessfully build and execute an annual business plan with quarterly updatesBuild a sales pipeline that will provide ongoing revenue goal achievementAccurately forecast and maintain a sales funnel of new opportunities in-line with a 90-day quotaEffectively manage activity to maintain revenue and encourage organic growthCollaborate closely with team members to retain current book of businessEffectively communicate value propositions to all targeted customers and prospectsCollaborate and actively contribute to new business opportunities with LCA counterpartsUpdate all relevant customer account information into Salesforce CRMProvide ongoing customer support education on focus products and market updates for current customer baseRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; Associates or Bachelors degree is preferredPrevious sales customer service or account management experience is required; preferably 3 yearsAbility to collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to grow the businessStrong consultative selling and closing skillsAbility to understand scientific literature and use clinical data as a selling factorStrong communication skills; both written and verbalExcellent time management and organization skillsProficient in Microsoft Office including Word Power Point & ExcelIf youre looking for a career that offers opportunities for growth continual development professional challenge and the chance to make a real difference apply today!Application Window: Application window will close on December 19 2025Pay Range: $24.04/hour ($50k/yr) - $28.85/hour ($60k/yr) plus variable sales incentive planAll job offers will be based on a candidates skills and prior relevant experience applicable degrees/certifications as well as internal equity and market data.The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan.
