Job DetailsDivision: Nucor Steel Memphis Inc.Location: Memphis TN United StatesOther Available Locations: N/ABasic Job Functions: The Inside Sales Representative role would require daily communication with external customers sales teammates and other NSMEM teammates. The position will be required to manage customer accounts (new/existing) in conjunction with DSMs quote customer inquiries enter customer orders provide customer status updates and other functions that support the NSMEM sales team.This role will leverage Power BI to design and maintain dashboards that provide insights into market trends pricing dynamics and customer performance.Candidates must be self-motivated and have good organizational and time management skills. Successful individuals would be expected to be personally accountable and at times may be expected to work with minimal supervision.Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate lead and uphold safety policies practices procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.Minimum Qualifications: 1. Willingness for occasional travel.2. Computer experience with analytical software. Ex. PowerBi Minitab MySQL.3. Prior experience in Inside Sales Customer Service or a similar field.4. Excellent computer skills using Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.Preferred Qualifications: 1. 4 years min. experience in Inside Sales or a similar field2. College degree or equivalent experience in a related field3. Prior experience in Oracle4. Prior experience with Steel products sales.
