Summary/ObjectivesThe Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for working directly with customers and prospects to answer inbound calls web leads emails and live chats. They will also perform outbound calls and emails to potential customers to qualify them as sales leads for our offerings.Essential FunctionsAnswer phones and digital leadsEnter data into CRM and follow up with salesResearch leads to provide thorough data to salesCold call potential and current customers to help set appointments for Account ExecutivesConfidence working in Microsoft suite (Excel Wordetc.)Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment.
