Job DescriptionJob DescriptionResponsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following: · Manage and develop outside and inside Sales Territory Managers. · Marketing - Work with the marketing department to develop product advertising, sampling, and promotions. · Distributor relations - Travel and meet with USC distributor partners to conduct training for distributor partner’s staff. · Strategic Leadership and Product Development - Develop a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Work with suppliers, purchasing, marketing, and customer service to align product development and branding with trends and customer expectations. · Vendor Management and Customer Engagement - Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and customers to establish a mutually beneficial partnership. · Customer Engagement - Establish and build-on new and existing partnerships with key customers. Qualifications · Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.· Familiarity with digital marketing tools.· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.· Demonstrable experience managing a high-performing sales team.· Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.· Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.· Strong understanding of how to manage the sales process from plan to close.· Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.· Strong verbal and written communication skills.· Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.· Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.At United Supply Company, professional satisfaction comes from contributing to a financially secure company that is well positioned for strong future growth.
