Inside Sales Representative - WA

This Inside Sales role focuses on driving outbound sales efforts to develop new hub partners across the Pacific Northwest region. You will engage prospective partners through consultative sales calls, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and guide them through the process of becoming active delivery partners. The position requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls and leads while consistently meeting or exceeding key performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new hub partners in the Pacific Northwest region through proactive outbound sales activities.
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective partners and conduct cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective hub delivery partners, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
  • Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs and clearly present the value of the hub delivery program.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, leads, and progress in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.
  • Provide clear and actionable feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support partner onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from application to launch.
  • Build and nurture community partnerships with small businesses to expand the hub delivery network.

Essential Skills

  • At least 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • At least 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or technology.
  • Proven cold calling experience and comfort making high volumes of outbound calls.
  • Experience using CRM tools, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with outbound call center environments and inside sales processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with sales enablement platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Ability to interpret and act on sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and activation goals.
  • Comfort providing feedback on market trends, lead quality, and customer insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Interest in building relationships and partnerships with small businesses and local communities.

Work Environment

This role is based in the Seattle, Washington market and operates as a fully remote position. You will work from a home office environment using CRM tools such as Salesforce and other sales enablement platforms to manage leads and track performance. The position involves a high volume of phone-based outreach and follow-up, requiring reliable internet, phone access, and a quiet, professional setting. You will collaborate virtually with leadership and team members while managing your own schedule to meet performance expectations. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
