Description / Position OverviewInspector II / Inspector III Stormwater EngineeringThe City of Colorado Springs is ready to welcome multiple Inspector IIs and an Inspector III to the Stormwater Engineering team! As an Inspector for this team you will inspect development sites for compliance related to Permanent Control Measures (PCMs) concrete engineering specifications and drainage criteria standards review design construction and as-built plans and track inspections and enforcement actions related to the program as dictated by internal guidance policies and procedures City code the State issued MS4 permit and consent decree requirements.*This position is subject to budget-required furloughs to be implemented in the 2026 calendar year and any furloughs subsequently approved.*About The Team:The Colorado Springs Stormwater Enterprise is dedicated to creating a safer cleaner healthier and more beautiful city through the protection and improvement of our communitys stormwater infrastructure and waterways.
