We are currently seeking a highly motivated Inspector, Mechanical located in Los Angeles, CA. Required Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) Required Certifications/Licenses: Current ICC Certification as a Commercial Mechanical Inspector 30-hour Cal-OSHA training prior to assignment. The 30-hour training will have been received within the last 4 years Required Qualifications: In order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills and abilities. 3 years or more of experience performing mechanical inspections on large scale Public Works type projects Proficient in inspection of rough and finish HVAC, plumbing installation including pumps, piping, ducts, equipment, controls, vaults and associated works both in building construction and underground piping Knowledge and experience with inspection of fire sprinkler systems also required for this position Experience with review and approval of monthly progress payment & as-built drawings from contractor required Ability to write clear and effective reports and is capable of working with Microsoft Office and other computer software and applications including Prolog & VEO Responsibilities: Possible overtime during week and weekends may also be required Salary: $151,550.00 annually Bonus Pay: A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate goals; bonus opportunities are available at management's discretion.
