Solid Work.As a Parts Inspector in Lebanon, your job is to protect the process. You'll check, measure, and approve the work that keeps production moving forward.What You Bring to the Line Education: High school diploma or GED (required). Experience: 2 years' prior experience in production, quality, or inspection, and experience with a CMM. Qualifications: Knowledge of manufacturing processes/procedures and knowledge of inputs, outputs, raw materials, waste, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing the manufacture and distribution of goods. Detail Drive: You've got an eye that doesn't miss a thing. Mindset: Solid teammate with pride in quality and a get-it-done attitude.What You'll Do: Coordinates with the Engineering Department on inspection criteria for all manufactured parts Tests products for a variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical defects Measures dimensions of product, using measuring instruments, such as rulers, calipers, gauges, optical comparator or Cordax, or micrometers, to verify conformance to specifications Dispositions defective products for rework or reuse Notifies supervisor or specified personnel of deviations from specifications Evaluates and reports on customer returned materials Maintains gauge calibration records and due dates using specialized softwareWhy You'll Love It Here: Fair Weekly Pay: Paid what you're worth.
