Job Details Experienced Full Time $28.90 - $36.15 Hourly Up to 50% Swing Installation - Maint - RepairDescription JOB DUTIESConnect electrical wires between individual component leads and other components connectors terminals and contact points.Cut wire to specified lengths and route comb twist wrap tie and attach wire to terminal points.Disassemble modify rework refurbish and reassemble as required.Perform tasks requiring knowledge of a combination of processes operations and equipment.Work from production blueprints wiring diagrams parts lists wire lists sketches and verbal instructions to produce electrical or electromechanical subassemblies.Use fine motor skills to assemble small parts with excellent dexterity.Sit at a workstation for extended periods.Identify and report problems to group lead or manager.Access and follow drawings from computer system.Work in a safe and healthy manner.Scan on and off jobs.Use visual boards for communication and KPI tracking.Display professional conduct with customers and coworkers.Qualifications QUALIFICATIONSTwo plus years of hands-on electrical experience with wiringHand tools provided by NPI along with specific on-the-job training.Ability to read work instructions assembly drawings and schematics.Detail-oriented Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced stressful environment.Mission-focused with a sense of urgency when required.Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.Ability to work well with others.
