The candidate can work at our Brookshire location.General areas of responsibility include providing leadership for the organizations customer-facing associates and branch functions. This includes providing competent installation capacity to support the sales of finished goods and ensuring that existing program tools and processes are consistently implemented to maintain program integrity.Responsibilities:Direct Reports: 6-8 Installation Technicians Reports directly to Sr Installation ManagerSupport outside sales and showroom consultants to help secure new businessWork across multiple KOBs appliances cabinets and lightingManages vendor relations regarding pricing and productsLead appliance install techs delivery and installation coordinator associatesLeads outside contractors if project activities are sub-contractedConsult with associates and customers at job sitesPerform quality checks on the installation work to ensure accurate installation practices are usedVerify that all paperwork and documentation related to the installation is completed and accurateManage installation related issues and provide solutionsPlan schedule or coordinate project activities to meet timelinesDirect or coordinate activities of project personnelWork with branch trainer and manager(s) to ensure delivery and install processes are maintainedParticipate in leadership meetings and represent associate concerns policies and guidelines to the management teamConduct regular associate meetingsRepresent the organization to customers associates and leadership as neededQualifications:3-5 years experience preferred with duties in routing scheduling or appliance installation or 3 years installing Pro appliances as a lead.Demonstrated experience using standard hand tools electric tools and motorized and/or manual lifting devicesContinued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practicesExcellent customer service skills a mustAttention to detail shown integrity and professionalismProficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel Word PowerPoint and OutlookStrong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as requiredAt Ferguson we care for each other.
