Installation Supervisor Electrical at Dürr Systems

Join Our Team!We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and solutions-driven Electrical Installation Supervisor to oversee and participate in site activity with the goal of successfully installing and commissioning Dürr equipment. What Youll DoPlease note: Extensive travel required (90%) Coordination of the electrical installation Coordination between project management engineering and senior site management Ensuring conformity to standards and specifications Support processing customer bulletins and field orders Manage all subcontractors on site Participate in and support all safety and quality programs Supervise and monitor site clean-up activities Resolution of minor installation coordination and engineering problems Issue and monitor contractor punch lists for contract completion Participate in start-up and extend support as required Organize and attend meetings as required and issue minutes Coordinate the documentation required for subcontractor equipment test and handover Communicate and provide subcontractor equipment information to commissioning personnel Generate change requests as needed Conduct site coordination meetings (internal and subcontractors) Conduct pre job walk through with trades council to deal with any demarcation issues Provide commissioning for projects and products Conduct equipment start-up and debug Verify hardwired installation Debug controls hardware and software Record baseline data Mark up drawing changes Project performance and data collection Generate reports as needed Provide standby and customer support Work as part of a team on major projects or individually on smaller projectsWhat You Bring Solid technical training (master craftsman technician in the field of electrical installation or comparable) Knowledge and experience in the field of electrical production / installation Experience in the installation of electrical equipment of machines and plants Experience in the installation of power distribution systems and heavy-duty stations Experience in installation and measurements of networks (e.g. Ethernet Profinet) Experienced in handling valid EN/US guidelines and standards (e.g. EN60204-1 UL508A NEC NFPA) Extensive travel required (90%) 3 years of supervisory experience required Labor and union relations skills Working knowledge of OSHA regulations (30 hour certified) Able to read and interpret engineering drawings Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word Excel and PowerPointWhy Youll Love Working HereCollaborative forward-thinking team environmentOpportunity to make an impact Competitive compensation and benefitsAdditional RequirementsPass a pre-employment drug test and be able to pass a drug test at any time during employment.
