With backing from strong partners and an active community the team is building products used by stakers developers funds and institutions around the world. Its a fast-moving environment with a clear roadmap ambitious vision and the resources to scale. The Role We are looking for an Institutional BD Director based in the US. This role focuses on institutional fundraising and strategic relationship building. The company needs someone whos confident speaking with hedge funds family offices crypto VCs trading firms allocators and other institutional partners.This is not an account management role. It is a senior position for someone who knows how to hunt farm and close. Someone who understands how capital flows in the digital asset space and can translate that into results for the business.Your work has a direct impact on the companys growth direction and long term partnerships.Location: Remote United StatesWhat Youll Do Lead and execute institutional fundraising efforts across North AmericaIdentify approach and build relationships with hedge funds VCs family offices trading firms and allocatorsDevelop and manage a strong pipeline of new institutional opportunitiesMaintain and grow existing institutional relationships with clear strategy and follow upRepresent the company in high level conversations with partners who expect clarity and domain expertiseWork closely with leadership on deal structures strategy and long term planningShare market insights and feedback to help refine the product and BD approachDrive measurable results across capital raising and partnership initiatives What You Bring to the Table 6 or more years of experience in institutional BD capital raising or digital asset fundraisingA strong network across funds family offices and institutional investorsExperience in both hunting and farming rolesHands on knowledge of DeFi digital assets and how institutional money moves in this spaceA clear and confident communication styleComfort working in a fast moving team with a high level of independenceA proactive mindset and the ability to open doors and move deals forwardBased in the United States What Youll Get Salary up to 250K USDPerformance based variable bonusToken component as part of the packageFull time engagement with direct access to leadershipFast hiring process with clear next steps We work with companies that care about building inclusive respectful teams where people feel safe to be themselves grow and belong.
