Job Description:DIVISION: AcademicUNIT: DiMenna-Nyselius LibraryBASIC FUNCTION: Provides information literacy instruction to first-year composition classes.UNUSUAL WORK CONDITIONS: Physical requirements: mobility; must be able to lift materials off shelf. Requires some evening hours.EDUCATION:Graduate degree in Library & Information Science (MLS or equivalent) from an ALA-accredited program.ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated experience using varied techniques to engage learners. Prior experience providing instruction in an academic setting highly desirable.
