Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMake a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Regular Education Instructional Assistant (IA) through our partnership with Kennett Consolidated School District (KCSD)!NOW OFFERING PAID CREDENTIALS - Eliminating upfront costs for necessary clearances & TB screening!SUMMARY:The Regular Education Instructional Assistant (IA) position works at the direction of building Principals and teachers to perform a variety of tasks supporting students through the school day. Responsibilities may include: monitoring activities with students, assisting teachers with classroom management, lunchroom & recess duties, assisting students individually or in small groups with organization skills, staying on task, academic support as well as providing social/emotional guidance when needed - performing all related work deemed necessary to support students as assigned by teachers and/or supervising school staff. Position functions as part of a team, working directly with students, teachers and school staff to perform all duties with accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism. The hourly Regular Education Instructional Assistant (IA) pay rate is $18 per hour 21 hours of paid time off (PTO) - prorated based on start dateANTICIPATED NEEDS for the 25/26 School Year:Elementary School Level: Monday through Friday from 8:15am - 3:45pmMiddle School Level: Monday through Friday from 7:10am-2:40pmHigh School Level: Monday through Friday from 7:15am - 2:45pmRequirementsEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma required.
