Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Counseling Assistant works with the master level clinicians to provide in-home or community-based mental health treatment planning, case management, referrals, crisis planning and support for families with children in two primary subgroups: ages zero through three and ages four through twenty.Services provided to clients in Jackson and Hillsdale counties during traditional and non-traditional hours allowing for a flexible schedule. Paperwork and documentation may be performed remotely, as there is no expectation to be in the office.You should have a bachelor's degree in the mental health field or social services and at least one year experience working with children and adults (internship will be considered).
