As the Instructional Coach at New Story Schools, you will strengthen teachingpractice through collaborative, student-centered coaching. Your work builds educator capacity, promotes high-quality instruction, and supports positive outcomes for all learners.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in special education or a related field
• Valid Pennsylvania Instructional II Special Education certification
• Experience supporting instructional practice through coaching or mentoring
• Strong knowledge of standards-based instruction and curriculum alignment
• Ability to build trust through non-evaluative, collaborative relationships

What You'll Do

• Coach teachers using observation, modeling, dialogue, and co-teaching practices
• Support alignment of instruction with standards, curriculum, and assessments
• Promote inclusive, engaging, student-centered learning environments
• Provide professional development to increase educator effectiveness
• Collaborate with school leaders to analyze data and support improvement planning
