You will translate complex technical concepts into accessible actionable content supporting the adoption and effective use of Agentic solutions.Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Design: Develop and maintain learning paths courses and microlearning modules focused on Agentic products (e.g. Agent Studio Genies AI Hub Workato GO).Content Development: Create instructional materials (videos e-learning documentation job aids) that explain Agentic concepts product features and best practices.Product Enablement: Collaborate with Product Engineering and Customer Success to ensure training aligns with product capabilities and roadmap.Scenario-Based Learning: Design hands-on labs and real-world scenarios (e.g. building and managing Genies configuring skills leveraging knowledge bases) to drive practical understanding.Assessment & Certification: Develop assessments quizzes and certification programs to validate learner proficiency.Continuous Improvement: Gather learner feedback and analytics to iterate and improve instructional content.Agentic Thought Leadership: Stay current with AI automation and agentic trends to ensure Workatos training is innovative and Genie - Design timeRequirementsQualifications / Experience / Technical SkillsInstructional Design Expertise: Proven experience designing technical training for SaaS automation or AI products.Technical Acumen: Ability to quickly learn and explain complex concepts (AI agents workflows KPIs skills knowledge bases).Content Creation: Skilled in authoring tools (Articulate Captivate Camtasia etc.) and multimedia production.Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with Product Engineering and Customer Success teams.Analytical Mindset: Use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Soft Skills / Personal CharacteristicsAt least 3 years of instructional design experience including curriculum development e-learning and multimedia content creation.Experience with low-code/no-code platforms automation or AI-driven products.Familiarity with Workato or similar integration/automation tools.Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional best practices.Experience creating digital media (e.g. simulations animated video graphics etc.)Experience using data to inform continuous improvementExperience developing training in a variety of delivery modalities (virtual hands-on/experiential instructor led remote classroom synchronous/asynchronous) for a variety of audiencesJob Req ID: 2303Required Experience:Unclear Seniority Key Skills System Design,Classroom Experience,Learning Technology,Instructional Design,Adult Education,SCORM,LMS,Training & Development,Adobe Dreamweaver,Adobe Captivate,Curriculum Development,Web Accessibility Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
