Instructional Designer at Cella

This role is a versatile contributor who supports change initiatives end to end-helping execute change management activities, develop communications, and marketing videos. Responsibilities:Develop or update training materials and job aids tied to change impacts.Support change managers across multiple initiatives with:o Change impact documentation.o Stakeholder and readiness inputs.Help connect change, communications, and training plans into a cohesive experience.Support content tracking, versioning, and delivery coordination.Flex across priorities based on program needs and delivery timelines.
