Do you have a passion for Instructional designRidgeline International is seeking an Instructional Designer to support our online and in-person design and delivery this role you will create design develop instructional materials learning resources and content. The successful candidate will have a combination of education and work experience in instructional design/learning experience design for technical and complex topics.What youll do:Design develop implement and evaluate enterprise-wide learning solutions in support of Ridgelines business objectives.Partner with SMEs and key stakeholders to develop learning paths and curriculum that reflects sound instructional design based on adult learning principles and best practices.Demonstrate experience in instructional design systems learning technologies and adult learning best practices.Maintain progressive knowledge of the trends in learning experience design learning methodologies and learning technology solutions.Work across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goalsUse human-centered design approach to solving instructional design challengesWhat youll accomplish in the first six months:Develop design and implement innovative in-person learning experiencesDevelop and design materials such as lesson plans/instructor guides learning objectives and assessment tools.Qualifications : Must-haves:Active Secret Clearance4 years of experience in instructional designBachelors or Masters degree in instructional design curriculum and instruction or educational technology; relevant experience will also be considered in place of a degree.Strong written and oral communication skills to facilitate discussion and collaboration among various stakeholdersExperience designing engaging learning activities and course material for adult learnersHigh proficiency with Adobe tool suite (Photoshop Premiere) or similar tools and screen castingAbility to incorporate multimedia where appropriateNice-to-haves:Graphic Design and LMS administrationExperience building and maintaining Confluence pagesExperience with delivery of content to 100 adult studentsPortfolio of Past performance Additional Information : Perks of being a Ridgeliner:Flexible PTO holidaysGenerous 401k match benefit up to 10% with an automatic 3% safe harbor contribution and additional matching based on employee contributions.Medical (HSA & PPO Plans Available) dental vision disability and life insuranceEmployer Contribution to Health Savings Account (HSA)Learning & Development opportunitiesProfessional coaching servicesGet the technology you want to do your jobWe have free daily snacks & drinks We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race color ancestry religion sex national origin sexual orientation age citizenship marital status disability gender gender identity or expression veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.
