This tenure-track position requires regular on-campus presence, with flexible teaching schedules available.Contract Dates: August 16, 2026– June 15, 2027Teaching Formats: Day, evening, weekend, in person,hybrid, and onlineJob Duties and Responsibilities• Teach a variety of Anatomy and Physiology courses, including Structure & Function of the Human Body, Human Biology Sequence and Anatomy and Physiology sequence. Course schedules may include an occasional evening, weekend or condensed formats. May involve teaching hybrid sections. • Remain current on effective teaching and learning practices that promote equity and inclusion for underrepresented groups in science • Serve on department and institutional committees, • Accept any special assignments that further the mission of AACC, particularly collaborating with Health Science programs about our curriculum and efforts.Required Qualifications:• Master’s degree in Biology or closely related field with a strong emphasis on Anatomy or Physiology• Evidence of collaboration and teamwork.Preferred Qualifications:• 3 years community college teaching experience• Ability to teach a range of courses and adjust expectations and strategies to meet the needs of the course.
