This role is ideal for an energetic organized and relationship-focused individual who can lead staff engage families and ensure a smooth and efficient center experience.The Center Manager builds trust with families drives enrollments maintains strong communication manages administrative tasks and supports a positive environment for both students and staff.This is a part-time (30 hours) position with the opportunity to become a full-time Center Director.ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day center operations to ensure a high-quality experience for students and familiesBuild relationships with parents and guardians; provide updates and handle concerns professionallyManage incoming leads conduct consultations and drive new student enrollmentsSupport center profitability through effective scheduling staffing and administrative oversightResolve customer concerns with professionalism and careManage staff scheduling communication and performance expectationsMaintain a clean organized and professional learning environmentAssist the Academic Manager with ensuring the staff follow the Mathnasium Method while upholding center standardsSupport team motivation culture and employee developmentQualificationsBachelors degree preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPrevious experience in sales customer service or client-facing rolesExperience working with children preferred but not requiredStrong organization and administrative skillsAbility to lead motivate and manage staffProficiency with computers and software systemsPositive professional and solutions-oriented demeanorWillingness to learn the Mathnasium Method Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing LLC (Mathnasium). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center.
