Hunt School of Dental Medicine Declaration of Faculty Professional Responsibility Preferred QualificationsBoard certification by the American Board of ProsthodonticsExperience in teaching prosthodontics as clinically-integrated restorative dentistry to dental studentsExperience in teaching dental materials in clinically-integrated restorative dentistry to dental studentsExperience in the use of medical/dental imaging, laboratory findings, restorations, and clinical case-based scenarios in the teaching of prosthodonticsClinical practice experience in prosthodonticsExperience in development and delivery of an integrated dental curriculumExperience with innovative teaching methods such as interactive large and small group formats, laboratory-based instruction, team-based learning, case-based learning, problem-based learning, and distance educationExperience with curriculum and clinical management software systemsParticipation in national organizations or committees devoted to dental educationExperience in dental education scholarshipExperience in the development of grant proposals and the management of extramural fundingEmerging or established regional or national reputation for associate professor or higher ranPay StatementCompensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as, the institutional pay plan.
