With world-class climbing, yoga and fitness offerings, and welcoming community spaces, we’re proud to serve nine markets across the U.S.—and we’re just getting started.About the RoleYoga Instructors at Bouldering Project lead intentional, inclusive, and inspiring classes that support the mind-body connection through breath and movement. Instructors are responsible for developing thoughtful sequences that align with BP’s yoga class formats, while cultivating a positive and welcoming studio environment for all participants. This role requires professionalism, safety awareness, and a community-focused attitude.What You’ll DoJob duties may include, but are not limited to:Design and teach creative, well-sequenced classes that align with BP’s offerings (e.g., Power Flow, Slow Flow, Restore, Sculpt, Vinyasa)Clearly cue safe and dynamic asana postures, breathwork, and transitions, offering modifications for a variety of levelsWelcome all participants, including new students, and foster a community-centered class environmentOffer hands-on assists when appropriate and only with consentMaintain professionalism by arriving early, starting and ending class on time, and upholding studio standardsMaintain studio cleanliness and proper care of yoga props and equipmentCoordinate sub coverage when unable to teach and support fellow instructors by subbing as neededRespond to emergencies according to safety protocols and report incidents appropriatelyParticipate in staff meetings and continuing education sessionsAccurately check students into class and maintain class headcountsOther duties as assigned**All qualified applicants will be contacted after 8/1, but we are looking to hire soon**Requirements:What You’ll BringRequired QualificationsYT 200 (Yoga Alliance) or equivalent training and experienceCurrent CPR/AED certification and basic first aid trainingMinimum 1+ year experience teaching yoga classesStrong communication and class management skillsAbility to serve a wide range of fitness levels and abilitiesPreferred Qualifications2+ years of yoga instruction experienceRYT 500 or E-RYT 200 designationExperience teaching Hot Power Flow, Yoga Sculpt, or RestoreBachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Exercise Science, Wellness)We know not everyone will meet 100% of the qualifications—if this role excites you, we encourage you to apply.Working at Bouldering Project At Bouldering Project, we aim to cultivate excitement for movement, belonging, and community.
