The best candidate understands the State Farm Agency model and has market area operations acumen. This position is only available to candidates who meet the following criteria: Must have recent prior State Farm experience Must have an active Property and Casualty license Responsibilities include but not limited to: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients.
