Bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Account Associate
Llyrena Sherwood State Farm Agency | Phoenix, AZ We are a community-focused, bilingual insurance agency serving families across Arizona. Your responsibilities:
- Follow up with warm leads and existing customers
- Provide auto, home, renters, and life insurance quotes
- Explain coverage clearly in English and Spanish
- Build long-term client relationships
- Meet daily and weekly activity goals
- Participate in weekly sales coaching
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish (Required)
- Strong communication skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty License
- Willingness to obtain Life, accident, and health insurance License within 90 days of hiring
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
