You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Sales and Service of Insurance Products
Qualifications:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Property & Casualty License
