Key Responsibilities:

• Share your expertise by providing information about insurance products and services
• Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and questions
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
• Keep accurate, organized records of every customer interaction

What We're Looking For:

• Valid P&C and Life & Health License issued by the State of Alabama
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that build trust and rapport
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plusbut a positive attitude and eagerness to learn matter most!
