Insurance Coordinator
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Insurance Coordinator to join our fast-growing dental partnership network's Dental team. Guardian Dentistry Partners' mission is to support our partner dentist entrepreneurs and teams in building the practices of their dreams. Job Summary: We are looking for an office professional with a friendly attitude and strong organizational skills to serve as our Insurance Coordinator. In this position, you will work out of our Centralization Office in Drexel Hill, PA. The primary function of this position is to assist our busy practices with their billing needs. The office is fast paced and requires multitasking. We offer great benefits and vacation time. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Run outstanding claims reports for offices.
- Follow up with insurances for outstanding payments, lost checks/payments
- Resubmitting claims as necessary
- Recording all outstanding claims to a shared office spreadsheet
- Audit 5 insurances daily from verification list received from CEC
- Run billing/patient balance reports for offices.
- Mail patient billing statements
- Communicate with offices for any issues with claims, insurance verification, etc
- Post insurance checks for the offices
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience preferred, dental only
- Outstanding professionalism, high moral standards, and a self-motivated work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with your co-workers and patients
- Driven personality to want to strive to be the best in your profession and provide the best care for our patients.

- Guaranteed Hourly Rate $18$21
