Join a respected California litigation firm with decades of experience representing insurers and businesses Work on sophisticated coverage and casualty matters with mentorship from experienced partners Collaborative, collegial culture that supports professional development Competitive compensation and benefits package Opportunity for long-term growth and partnership track Job Details Key Responsibilities Handle a caseload involving insurance coverage disputes and casualty defense matters Analyze and interpret commercial general liability, professional liability, and other insurance policies Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declaratory relief pleadings Manage litigation matters including written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances Represent insurers and insureds in state and federal court Collaborate with partners and clients to develop effective litigation and coverage strategies Communicate directly with claims professionals and corporate clients regarding case status and risk exposure Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the California Bar 3+ years of experience in insurance coverage, casualty defense, or civil litigation Experience with insurance policy interpretation and coverage analysis strongly preferred Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to independently manage cases while working collaboratively within a team environment Interested in hearing more?
