Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney - New York / New Jersey - $130k - $200k - Hybrid Remote

Job duties:

Work hybrid remote. We have offices throughout New York and New Jersey:

• Manhattan
• Garden City / Uniondale
• Westchester County
• Jersey City
• Hackensack
• Florham Park

• Develop compelling case strategies that cut through emotional arguments and drive results
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients

Required:

NY and/or NJ bar

Recent insurance defense experience

You should know some of the following:

General, Premises Liability

Commercial, Civil Litigation

Toxic Torts, Products Liability

NY Labor Law / Construction Litigation

Insurance Coverage

Medical Malpractice

MVA
