Initial duties include working alongside the Advisor servicing existing clients and client relationship building.Education/Experience:Associates Degree1 years experience working in a fast paced sales driven environmentExperience in insurance financial services estate planning is a plusExperience with Redtail and Wealth Box CRM is a plusAnnuity sales experience is a plusMust be able to obtain a Life Insurance License and Notary Public StampSkills/Knowledge:Knowledge about programs and able to effectively answer prospect questionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivatedExcellent organizational skillsAttention to detailDemonstrated confidence and skill in public speakingResponsibilities:Develop new business and nurture existing client relationshipsAssess clients financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutionsPresent and explain insurance policies and optionsMaintain accurate records and workflow using Wealth Box CRMCollaborate with our financial planning team to deliver integrated solutionsStay current on insurance regulations products and industry trendsSalary:Independent Contractor 1099Compensation is 100% commission-based with earning potential up to $100K in the first yearHours: Monday Friday (hours will vary 40 hour work week)Attendance to a few client seminars a month (6pm-8pm)Presented by Advisor Employee Services Thank you for your interest in the Insurance Sales Agent role.
