Job Description

We are seeking a New Jersey Insurance Support Staff member for our office in Freehold NJ that is comfortable with both Personal lines and small commercial lines Active New Jersey P&C License required.Responsibilities Quote bind and issue new policies for person and commercial insurance lines of insurance. Review client accounts to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities. Handle renewals endorsements claims and rewrites. Provide policy explanations claims guidance and ongoing client service. Maintain accurate records in the Agency Management System. Prospect and initiate new business sales Client retention services via the client outreach program.Qualifications Active New Jersey P&C License required. 2 years of experience in an independent insurance agency including both personal and commercial lines.
