Job DescriptionInsurance Store ManagerJob SummarySeeking an experienced Insurance Store Manager with a strong producing background to lead daily operations while managing and growing a diverse book of business. This role oversees Personal Lines and Life and Health accounts including home auto recreational vehicles motorcycles RVs small business owners policies and ancillary L&H products. The position requires hands-on production team leadership and expertise in writing annuities including fixed and indexed products.ResponsibilitiesMaintain strong knowledge of Life and Health Property and Casualty and related insurance productsWrite annuities including fixed and indexed optionsServe as a producing manager by meeting personal production metrics while overseeing team performanceLead coach and supervise a team of insurance producers to achieve individual and agency goalsDrive growth of the agencys book of business through new business development and retentionProvide client support throughout policy writing and renewal processesPresent policy options coverage changes and recommendations to clients in a clear and professional mannerEnsure strong in-store operations customer service standards and workflow consistencyRecruit hire onboard train and manage staff and support personnelDrive overall store sales and ensure the team meets or exceeds production targetsAddress day-to-day client inquiries and resolve service issues promptlyConsistently meet personal and team production goals including annuity salesQualifications / RequirementsActive Oregon Resident P&C license and L&H licenseManagement and leadership experience overseeing a teamDesired knowledge in Medicare and working with annuitiesPrevious experience in insurance and salesFamiliarity with P&C carriers and coveragesAbility to multitask in a fast-paced deadline-driven environmentAbility to produce high quality professional informational materials for clientsStrong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain coverage details and implications3-5 years of experience preferredDisclaimer: Please note that this job description may not cover all duties responsibilities or aspects of the role and it is subject to modification at the employers discretion.#LI-AB1Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Assistant Manager Experience,Management Experience,Accounting,Account Management,Detailing,Underwriting,Insurance Sales,Customer relationship management,Epic,Leadership Experience,Management Consulting,Statutory Accounting Principles Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
