This position provides a base salary commensurate with qualifications plus commissions. Success will yield a 6-figure income

What does our Intake Attorney do?
Participation in regular and consistent marketing/professional development activities and pro bono services. Continue networking efforts to produce at least one origination each month.
Handle consultations, including consults related to estate planning purposes, for prospective clients between the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday- Friday, possibly in person consults in the Denver Metro area.
Maintain your Colorado licensure and to become knowledgeable about Colorado law in family law and estate planning purposes.
Generate a portion of the work through your networking efforts and professional reputation. Your originations should average approximately 1 new client per month.
Education and Experience
1+ Years as a Family Law Intake Attorney
Proficient in software necessary to perform attorney tasks, including the Microsoft Office Suite, Family Law Software, Centerbase, and NetDocuments.
Proficient with the Colorado Courts E-Filing System.
Proficient in legal research.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Maintenance of your Colorado licensure and knowledgeable about Colorado family law and estate planning.
Knowledge/Skills:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to normal business office environment. The ability to share workspace, travel by car or train, dress in proper business attire, attend meetings and meet deadlines are all requirements of this position. Attorneys are also frequently allowed or expected to work remotely. The employee is expected to handle consults, including consults related to estate planning purposes, for prospective clients between the hours of 8 AM- 5 PM, Monday- Friday.
Compensation: $85,000-$100,000 - This position provides a base salary commensurate with qualifications plus commissions. Success will yield a 6-figure income
