Supervision here isnt occasional or optional its a core part of how we operate. Youll receive regular clinical supervision case consultation and support from experienced supervisors who are actively involved in your professional development. APPLY TODAY!What Youll Do:Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new patients identifying psychological social and physical needs.Provide crisis intervention services for scheduled and unscheduled appointments including assessing risk de-escalation and making appropriate referrals.Offer guidance and resources about available services including mental health substance use and community support programs.Maintain accurate clinical and administrative documentation in compliance with Center policies ensuring timely completion of charts reports and referrals.Participate in regular staff meetings and clinical supervision actively seeking and applying feedback to enhance therapeutic skills and patient care.Collaborate with other Center programs and departments to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services.Support patients in accessing community resources making referrals and following up on progress as needed.Why Join UsAt High Plains Mental Health Center were here for you not only for the individuals and communities we serve but for every member of our team.
