This overnight, on-site role is ideal for a logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages high volumes of communication with confidence, and excels at keeping shipments and customer relationships on track around the clock. Hours & PayPay Rate: $21.00 per hourSchedule: Wednesday-Friday, 8:00 PM - 8:00 AMOvertime: Every other Saturday (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM)Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM for approximately 3 weeksEmployment Type: Temporary assignment Why This Opportunity Stands OutThis temporary position offers competitive pay, consistent overnight scheduling, and exposure to enterprise-level logistics operations. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accountsManage and respond to high volumes of email communication daily (up to 300+ messages)Monitor shipments, schedule deliveries, and resolve issues using logistics and dispatch systemsCollaborate closely with Sales and internal teams to ensure seamless customer serviceTrack orders and deliveries to ensure accuracy and timelinessTroubleshoot and resolve delivery, scheduling, and service issues efficientlyBuild and maintain strong customer and internal relationshipsEnsure compliance with established policies, procedures, and systemsIdentify cost-effective and creative solutions that support customer needs and business goals Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of logistics experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in logistics or customer servicePrevious customer service experience required; logistics or dispatch experience strongly preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask, work under pressure, and manage competing prioritiesPositive attitude with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility and willingness to work 100% on-site Ready to Take Control of the Night Shift?If you're a logistics professional who enjoys solving problems in real time and keeping supply chains running smoothly through the night, this role is for you.
