Integrated Planning and Scheduling ManagerCompany:The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for an Integrated Planning and Scheduling Manager to join our team in Berkeley MO.This manager will lead integrated planning and scheduling activities for Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) test programs within Boeing Test and Evaluation. This role is responsible for developing maintaining and communicating the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) ensuring synchronization across engineering test supply and logistics organizations driving schedule risk management and facilitating cross-functional decision making to meet mission objectives.We are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to manage tasks with accuracy and collaborate clearly and professionally with team members at all levelsPosition Responsibilities:Develop maintain and optimize the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and supporting schedule artifactsIdentify analyze and mitigate schedule risks; perform critical path analysis and recommend recovery strategiesPrepare and present schedule status trends and variance analyses for leadership customers and Program ManagementCoordinate dependencies across internal and external stakeholders ensuring timely resolution of schedule impactsEstablish and enforce schedule management processes tools and best practices (e.g. Earned Value Management integration where applicable)Drive continuous improvement of IP&S processes and mentor junior schedule/planning resourcesSupport contract reviews baseline events and test readiness reviews with clear schedule and resource alignment. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):8 years of experience with Project Planning Scheduling Project Management or related experience5 years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level5 years of experience developing/maintaining team schedules resource management earned value management risk management and project management5 years of experience collecting interpreting data and managing high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership5 years of experience gathering and analyzing data5 years of experience with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelors degree or higherStrong proficiency with schedule tools and schedule analysis techniques5 years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teamsDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits: At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
