Above all employees will be provided the opportunity to seek speak and listen within the organization.Position Responsibilities: Supports preparation development and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirementsAssists with the development of program plans and schedules and coordinates with affected organizations documents work statements and resulting schedulesSupports the integration of program plans and schedules horizontally and vertically across company functions product groups suppliers and partners of moderate complexityIdentifies and reports performance variancesDevelops the Integrated Master Production Plan and schedules and supports change incorporation plans related to Integrated Scheduling productsParticipates in the review of proposed changes to the baselineThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):1 years experience in program planning project management integrated scheduling Industrial Engineering Business Operations and/or related disciplines1 years experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives1 years experience working with Microsoft Office ApplicationsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelors Degree or higher1 years experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project Open Plan Professional Primavera etc.Level 2: 1 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceLevel 3: 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceRelocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
