Travel up to 20% will be required.What You Will DoLead the Teton Integrated Product Team (IPT) through development and execution activities across a complex defense programOwn cost, schedule, and EV performance for the IPT, including labor, material, and subcontract oversightCoordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, program management, and subcontract partners to ensure successful program executionDrive program execution readiness, risk management, issue resolution, and integrated planning activities to meet customer and business objectivesBalance technical execution with affordability, schedule performance, and operational efficiencyInterface regularly with program leadership, chief engineering, functional management, suppliers, and customers to communicate status, risk, and mitigation strategiesSupport strategic planning, staffing, and organizational alignment activities within the Teton programQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in a program, product or integrated product team leadership capacityExperience managing cost, schedule, and technical execution within a complex development or production environmentExperience coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and program management organizationsExperience with risk management, issue resolution, and program execution planningQualifications We PreferPrior experience serving as an IPTL (Integrated Product Team Lead) within aerospace, defense, or advanced technology programsExperience with subcontract management and supplier execution oversightFamiliarity with earned value management (EVM), program planning, and production execution metricsExperience interfacing directly with customer and senior leadershipStrong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across multiple organizations and leadership levelsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
