Interact with multiple functions and varying leadership levels while working with the entire planning team to ensure customer requirements are met Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Product Teams schedules that accurately reflect program scope and resources required to execute the program plan Actively maintain cost schedule and technical accuracy by regularly collaborating with the cost team CAM and technical team Serve as a liaison by maintaining publishing and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility to managementAdditional Qualifications/Responsibilities#LMSpaceProgramPlannersBasic Qualifications: 3 years of prior experience working in a planning scheduling operations or manufacturing capacity. Experience using Open Plan MS Project or another comparable scheduling tool Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products including Excel Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearanceDesired Skills: Bachelors degree from an accredited college Active TS/SCI security clearance Strong experience in a schedule networking tool such as Deltek OpenPlan (preferred) or Microsoft Project Server as well as Microsoft Office Suite experience Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance Experience with @Risk OnePager Pro/Express Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule Integration Earned Value Metrics and Performance Measurement/Reporting Ability to compile prepare and present information to management and customers Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines Strong sense of follow-up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality Key Skills GIS,JAWS,Military Experience,Business Management,Emergency Management,Joint Operations,Production Planning,Relationship Management,Strategic Planning,ERP Systems,Exercise Planning,MRP Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
