This Integrated Program Planning Manager position is a functional leadership role within the Sensors Effectors & Mission Systems (SEMS) Line of Business and the Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) business area. The candidate will lead a team of Integrated Program Planners with responsibility for Development, Production, and Sustainment schedules for programs in the Airborne Mission Systems (AMS) and Laser & Sensor Systems (L&SS) submarket segments. The candidate will lead a team of Program Planners located across multiple locations. As a trusted advisor, the candidate partners with leadership, external customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure schedule fidelity, mitigate risks, and drive successful program execution. This partnership begins during proposal development, where realistic schedule inputs and estimates are supplied to strengthen the competitiveness of bids. The leader is responsible for recruiting, coaching, and retaining top talent while building a robust pipeline for future growth. This includes training and career development plans that enable planners to advance their skills and add value to the programs they support. This role will report to the SEMS Integrated Program Planning Sr. Manager and will be based at a major site within the SEMS LOB. This is a hybrid position with requirements to be on site to meet internal and external business objectives. This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Please Note: Preference will be given to candidates that are located near one of the following RMS facilities: Moorestown, NJ; Syracuse, NY; or Owego, NY.
