Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney at Vanguard-IP

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS
Seeking experienced lateral attorneys with IP/Patent litigation expertise. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent research and writing skills, possess strong communication skills, and have a technical background (engineering, computer science, etc.). Candidates must have a Juris Doctor, license to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the firm conducts business, and must maintain applicable license renewal and CLE requirements.
