About Us:Totally Joined For Achieving Collaborative Techniques (TJFACT) is a minority owned CVE verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) performance driven professional services government contracting company that provides a broad spectrum of services and solutions to the U.S government agencies and organizations.About the Position:TJFACT is seeking a well-qualified part-time (PT) Intelligence Analyst to support our OHSEPR (Office of Human Services Emergency Preparedness and Response) ACF (Administration for Children and Families) team in Washington DC.The position will work from 8a to 12p Eastern Monday thru Friday onsite or remote. The selected candidate must be in the DC metropolitan area.The Intelligence/Program Analyst must have experience supporting emergency response operations for federal government commercial and non-governmental organizations. This individual will have the opportunity to support our nations human services and emergency response initiatives through direct work with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide ongoing threat/risk intel analysisParticipates in daily briefings with federal partners.Develops intelligence reports weekly and as needed for ACF and OHSEPR leadership and other ACF offices.Conduct intelligence research summarize intelligence analysis and develop meaningful intelligence assessments for written products and/or oral briefsResearch databases for use in written reports and products.Monitors and analyzes strategic and operational intelligence information. Provides intelligence guidance in disaster human services case management and repatriation operations.Research and coordinate threat assessments in support of agency programs.Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives and contributes to the implementation of preset strategic directionSupport assessments of challenges using specialized skills and knowledgeContribute to the development and execution of project or task plans and interfaces with Government and Contractor personnelDesign develop and summarize findings from multiple sources regarding business operationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Must be U.S. Citizen with an unrestricted work authorization.A Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college in a related field.Minimum of four (4) years of professional Intelligence/Program Analyst experienceFirm understanding of industry best practicesStrong presentation skillsStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to calculate statistics like mathematical averages and percentagesAbility to work independently and with a teamEffective communication skillsActive security clearanceBENEFITS:Medical Vision and Dental Insurance401-K plus matchPaid Vacation daysPaid holidaysShort Term and Long-Term DisabilityVoluntary Term LifeTJFACT is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
