• Schedule Details: Patient Volume:30+ patients in unit with 2 physicians covering during the day (7a-7p), 1 physician covering at night (7p-7a), and a swing shift that runs from 2pm 1am.

• Case Mix: Support staff:No mid levels, nurses are well-trained and educated
• Shift requirements:12 hour Productive shift daytime and nighttime coverage (weekend and weekday), swing shift (2p-1a), all coverage needed
